I wrote this song about letting go of hesitations and anxieties and pushing myself to “jump in” to new situations and relationships. It’s hard and it’s a conscious decision I make when I meet new people or encounter new opportunities but I don’t want to miss out on life because my anxiety is holding me back. This song was a way of encouraging myself and I hope it encourages others too.

This song was written and produced entirely by me.
